After the merging of two high profile global organisations, our client is now the leader in its specialisation.

Reporting into the Head of HR and working with a collaborative HR team, this HR Business Partner role will require significant expertise and depth in most aspects of operational HR including performance management, employee relations, change management, harmonisation of policies and global mobility. ?

It will also require someone with the demonstrated experience and capability to work at a strategic level alongside the Head of HR and senior executives ensuring systems and processes are aligned with the best practice HR strategy.
Experience in the areas of talent management, succession planning and coaching.

Essentially you will have the following:

- Minimum 5 years HR Business Partner experience within a large corporate multinational;
- Extensive change management experience in an evolving environment;
- Ability to work with ambiguity;
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- Previous experience working in pharmaceutical or health related industries desirable;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
